Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or the product is unusable due to transit, we are here to help.

If you receive a broken bottle or a product with a compromised formula, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ml@miamuselondon.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
• A photo of the packaging, if applicable

Upon review and verification of the submitted evidence, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Please note that claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without photographic proof may not be eligible for a replacement.
