Product Information & Liability
Mia Muse London operates as a private label brand. All products sold under the Mia Muse London name are manufactured by certified third-party manufacturers and comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. As the brand owner, Mia Muse London is the Responsible Person for placing these products on the EU market, as required under EU cosmetics law.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and batch differences. Full ingredient lists (INCI) are available on each product listing and on the physical packaging.
Customers are advised to review the ingredient list carefully before use and to perform a patch test prior to full application. Mia Muse London shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, failure to follow usage instructions, or misuse of the product.
International Sales – Nail Polish & Cosmetic Products
Mia Muse London ships nail polish and cosmetic products internationally in compliance with applicable national and international regulations governing the transport and sale of cosmetic goods. All products are free from substances prohibited under European and international cosmetic safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the import regulations and customs requirements of their country of destination. Mia Muse London shall not be held liable for orders detained or returned by customs authorities, nor for any additional duties or import fees imposed by the destination country.
International Shipping – Lash Extensions & Adhesives
Lash extension adhesives (cyanoacrylate-based) are classified as regulated substances for international transport. All adhesive products are packaged and labelled in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and ADR transport standards. Certain destinations may restrict or prohibit the import of such products. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the legality of importing lash adhesives and related products into their country prior to placing an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mia Muse London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Attica, Athens Greece.
